✓ Flat placement fee of $1800 for a 6 month contract
✓ Flat placement fee of $3200 for a 1 year contract (includes one replacement if needed)

Yes, nannies and household managers are considered household employees and you are required to pay employer taxes and issue them with a w-2. Nannies and Household managers are not independent contractors and should not get a 1099. We have payroll partners we are happy to connect you with!

Yes! We provide our clients with a sample contract template for them to use once you get to the hiring stage. We will help answer questions you may have while putting together the contract but we do not put together the contract as an agency since you are the employer.
