✓ Average household manager/family assistant rate is $30-40/hr per hour depending on job factors such as their experience level, household duties etc.

After being offered a position, our agency conducts a 7 year background search screening criminal, social security verification, driving record and sexual offenders registry.
We also do a full social media and google/online screening on each candidate.

Yes, nannies and household managers are considered household employees and you are required to pay employer taxes and issue them with a w-2. Nannies and Household managers are not independent contractors and should not get a 1099. We have payroll partners we are happy to connect you with!

Yes! We provide our clients with a sample contract template for them to use once you get to the hiring stage. We will help answer questions you may have while putting together the contract but we do not put together the contract as an agency since you are the employer.
