All of our wedding and event sitters go through the same rigorous screening process as our professional nannies.
Pricing
Babysitting booking fees are charged when the sitter is confirmed by our agency. Once confirmed, booking fees are non refundable.
Rates for Weddings & Event Babysitting
✓ Special Event or Overnight Sitters: $40 per sitter per day.
✓ Less than 48 hours notice: $10 rush fee
✓ Weddings or Special Event Rates:
1 Child: $30/hr
2 Children: $32/hr
3 Children: $35/hr
4 Children: $40/hr
Rates may vary depending on special needs, location, or other factors that require a higher hourly rate.

Our babysitters can look after children at the wedding venue or at a nearby hotel, Airbnb, vacation rental, or other accommodation. Some families want children to be part of the ceremony or reception with a dedicated babysitter close by, while others prefer off-site childcare because children aren't attending the wedding or younger little ones need to follow their usual nap or bedtime routine. Whatever your plans, we'll provide safe, reliable childcare that allows parents to relax and enjoy the celebration with complete peace of mind

Our wedding babysitters go through the same thorough vetting process as our nanny candidates, including an agency interview, verified childcare references, social media and online screening, CPR and First Aid certification, and a comprehensive background check.
We don’t simply assign a sitter at random. Every placement is carefully matched to your family’s needs, your event plans, and the sitter’s experience to ensure the right fit for your celebration.
All of our babysitters are at least 20 years old with a minimum of three years’ childcare experience, with many bringing extensive backgrounds as professional nannies.
How it works!
Note:
✓ All bookings must have a 4 hour minimum.
✓ Families pay the sitter directly at the end of the shift via venmo, cash, zelle etc.
✓ All booking fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
✓ If cancelled within 48 hours, our 4 hour minimum to the sitter is due.

Wedding babysitting can be arranged either directly by parents or coordinated by the couple, wedding planner, or event host. Individual families can book care for their own children, and in some cases multiple families may use babysitters arranged for the same wedding, depending on how the event is structured.

Child-to-caregiver ratios are determined based on the ages of the children, the level of care required, and the details of your booking. Our maximum ratio is four children to one babysitter, but if your group includes multiple infants then additional sitters may be recommended.

Our babysitters care for children across a wide age range, including infants, toddlers, and older children. During the booking process, we gather your children’s ages so we can match you with a sitter experienced in caring for those specific age groups.

Every family's plans are different. Your babysitter can care for your child at the wedding venue itself, allowing them to participate in parts of the celebration, or at your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental. Many families choose off-site care for younger children who need naps or bedtime, or when children aren't attending the wedding. We'll work with you to create a childcare plan that best fits your family's needs.

Depending on your wedding setup, children can either eat with the wedding party, have meals provided separately in a quieter space, or dine together in a designated children’s area if one is arranged. Babysitters will support whichever option works best for your event flow and your child’s comfort.

Yes absolutely! You can make any specific requests to help us find the best match for your family. We can’t guarantee we will always have someone available with specific experience when you nYes, absolutely! To allow you to dance the night away, overnight childcare can be arranged for weddings, including weekend coverage if necessary. If the wedding is taking place at a hotel, your children can be cared for in your hotel room.
For overnight care, families typically pay the sitter their standard hourly rate for daytime hours, and a flat overnight rate of around $150 for sleeping hours. If the sitter is caring for a newborn or baby who wakes frequently during the night, standard hourly rates apply for both day and night care.
