Your Happy Nest was founded in Atlanta, GA in 2012, when owner Bayly Silverman was working as a nanny and became pregnant with her first daughter. She has always loved connecting people and wanted to help families and nannies find the same wonderful relationships as she had with her nanny kids. Your Happy Nest has since expanded to her hometown of Charleston, SC, Cincinnati, OH and Charlotte, NC. Bayly now serves on the board of APNA, has spoken at various nanny and nanny agency events and is passionate about helping children and moms in her community.

At Your Happy Nest, we’re a dedicated team of experienced professionals who have all worked as nannies and are now moms ourselves. This unique background gives us a deep understanding of what both families and nannies are looking for in an ideal match. Beyond our agency work, we’re actively involved in the wider nanny community. Since 2014, we’ve hosted InterNational Nanny Training Day events annually, along with local nanny meet-ups, training sessions, and speaking engagements for parents. We also participate in various community events and stay up-to-date with industry best practices by attending conferences and being active members of both the International Nanny Association (INA) and the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA). Our commitment to professional development ensures we provide top-quality support to both families and nannies.
