Reviews
We were referred to Your Happy Nest by a friend when we were searching for babysitters while on vacation in IOP. We’ve now used them two years in a row and plan to use them every summer when we head down. The team is great at communication and finding awesome caretakers for our group of kids under 3. They were also quick to find an alternate when one of our sitters got sick day of.

We got a babysitter through Your Happy Nest's placement services last month. Enrolling on the site and scheduling a sitter was a breeze. Our babysitter that day, Ms. Susan, was really nice and bonded with our toddler wonderfully. She was also punctual and professional. All in all, a great experience and we highly recommend using their services.

Your Happy Nest saved my life!! I started out on a popular babysitting website c**e.com and two different babysitters fell through at the last minute. I received a reply email from Your Happy Nest less than 10 minutes after I sent my inquiry. They were happy to schedule me with an amazing babysitter just hours before the time I needed coverage. The kids loved her and told me they had a great time. Thank you!!!

Most of our families pay their babysitter via cash, venmo, zelle or other online payment app. The family is responsible for getting payment information directly from the sitter, as we do not handle payments through the agency.

Our sitters are very experienced and depending on job details, the rate is typically $25/hr for one child, $28/hr for two and $30+ for 3 or more children.
If you live outside of the main city limits and there will be a commute, we recommend paying slightly higher.
If you are booking a hotel or special event sitter, the rate will be higher as well.

We start our process with an agency interview where we go over their experience, qualifications, and agency expectations.

Yes! Sitters can be booked for a weekend or just one overnight depending on your needs. The booking fee for an overnight sitter is $40 per 24 hour period.
You would typically pay the sitter their hourly rate for daytime hours and then a flat rate of around $150 for sleeping hours. If they are caring overnight for a newborn or baby who wakes up throughout the night, they would be paid a regular hourly rate for day and night hours.
