Need More Flexibility in Care?

Live-in nannies are ideal for families who need flexible or an untraditional schedule, as they can accommodate varying schedules. However, while they offer more flexible availability, they are not on call 24/7; live-in nannies have designated weekly hours to ensure they have balanced work time and rest. If you need more around the clock care or more than 50 hours per week, you might want to consider hiring two full time rotational nannies (ROTA Nanny).

A live-in nanny provides comprehensive childcare support, including planning age-appropriate activities, preparing meals, driving children to and from activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. They also will often assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the children.
