A Family Assistant is a hybrid role with nanny and household manager duties. For this type of role, families would typically have children in school during the day which is when the family assistant would work on household duties such as organization, running errands and light housekeeping. Then they would work afternoon hours picking kids up from school, driving to activities, helping with homework and winding down for the day. By hiring a full time family assistant vs a part time nanny, you will have full time coverage for sick days, holidays and summers when kids are out of school!

After being offered a position, our agency conducts a 7 year background search screening criminal, social security verification, driving record and sexual offenders registry.
We also do a full social media and google/online screening on each candidate.
