Requirements
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of recent professional childcare experience
3 recent professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified or re-certified before your position begins)
Documentation:
Valid driver’s license
Willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check, including driving record, criminal history, Social Security verification, and sex offender registry check
Legally eligible to work in the United States
At least 21 years old for long-term nanny, NCS, and household manager placements
At least 20 years old for babysitting placements
Important Information:
Nannies are employees of the family, and all positions are paid legally with applicable taxes withheld
You will be paid directly by the family who employs you, not by the agency
Commitment to a position for a minimum of one year (unless applying for a temporary role)
All candidates must be non-smokers
