We are thrilled to share that our very own Kasie Bennett, Family Consultant for Atlanta and Charlotte, was awarded the APNA Staffing Employee of the Year Award at the September 2025 Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA) Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona!

This award is “given to an individual staff member who has proven themselves in the areas of leadership, teamwork, and professional development in the household staffing industry. Any of our families, nannies or newborn care specialists who have worked with Kasie will agree she is more than deserving of this recognition! Kasie has been an integral part of Your Happy Nest since the very beginning (13 years ago) and her loyalty and leadership have helped shape the agency into what it is today. She is the teammate everyone wishes they had: supportive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always ready to add a little humor to the workday.

Not only is Kasie committed to the families and nannies she serves, but she is also passionate about ongoing education and professional growth. She regularly attends industry conferences, workshops, and webinars, and for the past two years has been an active participant in the APNA Staff Mastermind group. She brings back valuable insights to share with our team, always raising the bar with her dedication to doing things “the right way.” Kasie takes the time to research employment and tax laws so families can trust they’re receiving accurate and reliable guidance when hiring a nanny or household employee.
