Nannies
3+ years of recent professional childcare experience
3 recent professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified/re-certified before position starts)

Valid drivers license
Willing to undergo and pass a full background check including driving record, criminal, social security verification and sexual offenders registry check
Be legally eligible to work in the US
Must be at least 21 years old for long term Nanny, NCS and Household Manager placements
Must be at least 20 years old to be eligible for babysitting placements
Important info
Understand that nannies are employees of the family and we require families to pay taxes.
You will be paid directly by the family that employed you, not by the agency
Commit to a position for a minimum of one year (unless temporary position)
Nannies must be non-smokers
Household Managers + Family Assistants
3+ years of related experience
3 recent professional references (related to house management, organization, personal assistant work, volunteer work, etc.)
*Character references may be considered for these positions on a case by case basis.

3+ years of recent professional newborn/infant experience
3 recent professional childcare references (related to newborn/infant care)
CPR and First Aid certified
Newborn Care Specialist certification (preferred)

3 recent professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified/re-certified before position starts)
