Agency Requirements
Documentation
Valid drivers license
Willing to undergo and pass a full background check including driving record, criminal, social security verification and sexual offenders registry check
Be legally eligible to work in the US
Must be at least 21 years old for long term placements.
Must be at least 18 years old for babysitting placements (Charleston and Charlotte only)
Nanny + Household Managers
3+ years of recent professional childcare experience
3 recent professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified/re-certified before position starts)
Important info
Understand that nannies are employees of the family and we require families to pay taxes
Commit to a position for a minimum of one year (unless temporary position)
Nannies must be non-smokers

Newborn Care Specialists + Night Nannies
3+ years of recent professional infant experience
3 recent professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certified
Newborn Care Specialist certification (preferred)
Babysitters
2+ years of recent professional childcare experience
3 recent professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified/re-certified before position starts)
