Your Happy Nest is comprised of an awesome team of women who have all been nannies in our past and are now moms ourselves. This gives us a unique perspective to understand both what the families and nannies are seeking in a match! Your Happy Nest has become active in the nanny industry at large as well as our local nanny communities. We have hosted InterNational Nanny Training Day events annually since 2014, we host local nanny meet-ups and training courses, speak at events for parents and participate in community events. We also attend annual conferences and are active members of both the INA (International Nanny Association) and APNA (Association of Premier Nanny Agencies). It is important for us as an agency to attend these industry conferences so we can be assured we are using best practices when working with both families and nannies!
